MR Assist has today beta launched its new software for accredited pharmacists, general practitioners (GPs) and clinics to alleviate the administrative burden associated with completing home medicines reviews (HMRs).
The cloud-based software facilitates secure sharing of HMR referrals between GP clinics and pharmacists and enables both parties to monitor the progress of HMR referrals from the initial referral by the GP through to completion of the HMR by the pharmacist and agreement to the Medication Management Plan by the GP in the follow up appointment with the patient.
Offering an easy-to-use, modern and intuitive interface, MR Assist promises to reduce the time taken to complete HMRs and the associated claiming with the Pharmacy Guild. It also aims to improve report writing standards and assist pharmacists in complying with the recently imposed 5CPA changes.
MR Assist is free to use for GP clinics and offers pharmacists a free trial upon registration. To sign up, click here and follow the prompts.
