If you employ a practice nurse for chronic disease management, we recommend teaching that nurse to identify patients eligible for an HMR when discussing medication with the patient during care plan appointments. Alternatively, the nurse can use PENCAT or Cubiko to search for HMR eligible patients and provide each doctor with this list to see which patients they would like to organise an HMR for.
MR Assist has been developed by My Workplace Health, an Australian owned and operated independent software vendor (ISV) based in Melbourne, Victoria.
We utilise Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Autonomous Databases with all data stored within Australian borders, principally Melbourne and Sydney. My Workplace Health has ISO27001:2013 Information Technology, Security Techniques – Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) certification and accreditation and is a Network Partner, Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC).
All databases utilise 256b Encryption technologies, including encryption in transit and encryption at rest.
